Nathalie Palladitcheff
President and Chief Executive Officer
Ivanhoé Cambridge

Nathalie Palladitcheff has been President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge since 2019. With a track record of more than 20 years in international commercial real estate, she is fully committed to the industry and is often asked to speak on industry trends as well as on her sustainable investment convictions.

As President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge, Ms. Palladitcheff is responsible for ensuring the Company's growth and evolution as well as an optimal long-term return on Quebecers’ assets, while having a positive impact on the communities where the Company invests. She has undertaken a transformation of the portfolio to bring the Company to a new stage of its development with an emphasis on innovation and diversification. Her achievements include the development of an engaging corporate social responsibility strategy that includes ensuring the international portfolio is carbon neutral by 2040.

As the head of a subsidiary of the Caisse de dépôt et placement du Québec, Ms. Palladitcheff sits on its Executive Committee and several other committees.

In the four years preceding her appointment, Ms. Palladitcheff held several positions at Ivanhoé Cambridge, including Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. In that capacity, she was responsible for development and execution of the Company’s overall strategy, ensuring it was aligned and positioned to invest globally with conviction.

Ms. Palladitcheff previously worked for Icade, a public commercial and residential real estate investment and development company; she joined Icade as a member of the Executive Committee in charge of Finance, Legal Affairs and Information Technology and was later appointed Acting Chief Executive Officer. After starting her career in finance with Coopers & Lybrand Audit and Banque Française Commerciale, based in the Indian Ocean, Ms. Palladitcheff worked in various areas of real estate investment, development, and services for Société Foncière Lyonnaise in Paris and as Managing Director of Dolmea Real Estate, a subsidiary of Axa Group.

Ms. Palladitcheff is Chair of FREY’s Mission Committee and sits on the board of directors of REALPAC, of which she was appointed Vice Chair in 2020.

She supports the work of the CHU Sainte-Justine Foundation and sits on its board of directors. She has led a number of fundraising campaigns for philanthropic causes that benefit Quebec communities.

Ms. Palladitcheff is a graduate of the École Supérieure de Commerce de Dijon (ESC Dijon) and holds a Diplôme d’Études Supérieures Comptables et Financières (DESCF) as well as a Diplôme d’Études Financières et Comptables (DECF). In 2012, she was made a Chevalier of France’s Ordre national du mérite and in 2019 she received CREW’s Distinguished Leaders Award for her outstanding contribution to the advancement of women in the real estate industry.
