Meeting with Ivanhoé Cambridge’s President and Chief Executive Officer, Nathalie Palladitcheff, who will explain the organization’s transformation in recent years. She will discuss the key aspects of the company's evolution in an industry undergoing substantial change, while always aiming to deliver sustainable performance for depositors and Quebecers. Following her brief address, Nathalie will have a conversation with Jacynthe Côté, Chair of the Board of Directors of Royal Bank of Canada.
As President and Chief Executive Officer of Ivanhoé Cambridge, Nathalie Palladitcheff is responsible for the Company’s overall strategy, growth and evolution. After a successful career based in France and the Indian Ocean, she joined Ivanhoé Cambridge in 2015 as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and was appointed President in 2018, then President and Chief Executive Officer in 2019. Her achievements from 2015 to 2019 include overseeing the Company’s digital shift with a view to a sustainable and forward-looking performance.
Since 2020, she has undertaken a transformation of the portfolio to bring the Company to a new stage of its development with an emphasis on innovation and diversification. Her achievements include the development of an engaging corporate social responsibility strategy that includes ensuring the international portfolio is carbon neutral by 2040 and advocating for more diversity, equity and inclusion in the real estate industry.
Nathalie Palladitcheff sits on CDPQ’s Executive Committee. She is also Chair of FREY’s Mission Committee and is Chair of REALPAC since January 2023. She is an at-large member of ULI’s Global Board of Directors since July 2023 and a Global Governing Trustee for ULI Americas since July 2022.
