Groupe Deschênes, a private family business founded in 1940, has become a Canadian leader in its business sector. Its business model has allowed a sustained growth for the last 30 years despite being active in a mature market.

François Deschênes is part of the 3rd generation and is the 5thfamily member acting as President of the company. The governance established in the 90’s, which is rather uncommon in a private company, greatly helped this continuity.

In his allocution, François Deschênes will share the reality experienced by the company on those two topics.
