Pierre Boivin is President and Chief Executive Officer of Claridge, a private equity firm that represents the interests of Stephen Bronfman's family. He leads a team of professionals in the development of a diversified portfolio of private placements, public market investments and real estate investments.

In addition to being a director of Claridge, Mr. Boivin is a member of the Board of Directors of National Bank of Canada, Canadian Tire, Groupe CH, and Solotech, of which he is Chairman. He is also Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Quartier de l'innovation de Montréal, Co-Chair of the Steering Committee of the Quebec Artificial Intelligence Cluster and Chairman of the Board of Directors of MILA.

Mr. Boivin is very involved in the development of entrepreneurship as a coach at the École d'entrepreneurship de Beauce and as a participant in the programs of the Institute for Management Leadership. He is the founder and Chairman of the Board of the Canadian Children's Foundation and a member of the Board of Directors of the Sainte-Justine UHC Foundation. In 2009, he received an honorary doctorate from the Université de Montréal and was appointed an Officer of the Order of Canada. He was named the "most socially committed senior executive" by Les Affaires in 2015. He has been a Knight of the Ordre national du Québec since 2017.
