Intergenerational Inequity in Access to Ownership: Taking Action to Avoid Leaving an Entire Generation Behind

Renowned for her efforts in support of built heritage, Laurence Vincent has participated for over 20 years in creating living environments that promote human interaction and diversity. She has witnessed first hand not only the housing crisis currently plaguing us, but also the major intergenerational inequity affecting property ownership among Quebec's younger generations. Laurence is convinced that our society cannot allow an entire generation to be left behind, which is why she chooses to take action and proposes various innovative ideas to help Quebec correct the situation so that its youth can become property owners, just like their parents and grandparents before them. During her presentation, she will ask us to think outside the box.
Her presentation will be followed by a captivating conversation between Laurence and Maxime Bergeron, a La Presse columnist.
