Powering cities forward
For 15 years, Otera Capital has been powering the transformation of urban centres. A leader in commercial real estate finance, the company continues to grow and diversify for the benefit of all Quebecers.
In a volatile economy and a sector undergoing many changes, Otera benefits from a long-term investment outlook. For its President and Chief Executive Officer, Rana Ghorayeb, real estate is above all a people-centred business. She also shares her perspective on the real estate market, discussing both risks and opportunities.
Following the presentation is an interview with Laurence Vincent, President of Prével. Their discussion focuses on the cities of the future, Rana's career path, and leadership in an ever-changing world.
