Biography

As Co-Founder, Chairman & CEO of Goodfood (www.makegoodfood.ca), Jonathan leads Canada’s largest on demand grocery delivery company, listed on the TSX since 2017. Goodfood’s mission is to make the impossible come true, from farm to kitchen, by enabling members to do their weekly meal planning and grocery shopping in less than 1 minute.

As CEO of a fast-growing company, Jonathan plays many roles, including driving the company’s business strategy, recruiting and developing team members, product development, marketing and fostering strong relationships with investors & banks. To date Goodfood has raised over $250 million from top-tier institutional investors.

In 2017, Jonathan was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. This national award celebrates the exceptional achievements of Canadians in leadership, innovation and community involvement. In 2018 he was recognized as an EY's Entrepreneur of the Year.
